PROVIDENCE — A Central Falls man who was the victim of a hit-and-run crash on April 20 has died, according to a statement from Central Falls police Thursday night.Joseph Sylvia, 65, succumbed to his injuries from the crash, said Police Chief Col. James J. Mendonca.Another Central Falls man, Angel Otero, 46, was arraigned Monday in the crash.
