By Sports Network Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was fined $25,000 by the NBA on Sunday for publicly criticizing officials following Dallas' 103-101 loss to Denver on Friday.Cuban used the online social network Twitter to protest a non-call on the Nuggets' J.R. Smith, who came off the bench during the game to taunt a Dallas player.Earlier this season, Cuban was fined $25,000 for protesting another non-call on an apparent elbow thrown by Smith at a Mavs player.Cuban has been dealt numerous fines since taking over the Mavs, most notably a $250,000 penalty for his verbal abuse of the officials following Game 5 of the 2006 NBA Finals between Dallas and the Miami Heat.
