STOCKTON — Two weeks after presenting a key to the city to God, Mayor Anthony Silva will host a town hall meeting Monday night at the Christian Life Center in northeast Stockton, and leaders of the local atheist and LGBT communities are not happy about it.For the atheists, the issue is the separation of church and state.
