Menashe Properties is selling the property at Southwest 4th Avenue and Southwest Washington Street to Greystar, who is planning a 30-story tower on it. But for the next four months, it will serve as a temporary homeless shelter. Known as Washington Center, the property consists of two parcels that make up three-quarters of a block at Southwest Fourth Avenue and Washington.
