WORCESTER, Mass. — Authorities say a woman and her 2-year-old child were wounded in a shooting in Worcester.It happened at around 8:30 p.m. Monday at Plumley Village.Officers working a detail on Interstate 290 reported that they heard six or seven shots. Police then received a 911 call that at least one person had been shot.Police say both victims, of Worcester, were in the parking lot heading to the apartment complex when they were shot.
