A Houston man accused of killing his wife will walk free after his attorney persuaded prosecutors Thursday that he could not have committed the crime. Darryl Wayne Tindol, 48, was accused of setting Susan Harper on fire by tossing a flammable liquid on her as she smoked a cigarette in the couple's car.
