Boise police said in a news release that officers initially contacted 35-year-old Ezeikel Ward of Nampa about an illegally parked truck, but a records check showed he had a failure-to-appear warrant out of Canyon County. The Idaho Press-Tribune reports (http://is.gd/k8UMpE ) that Ward has previous convictions for driving without privileges, contempt of court, possession of a controlled substance, violation of a court order, disturbing the peace, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
