TIFFIN — Nancy Harlett, who as singer-guitarist “Patchwork Nancy” entertained audiences at festivals, fairs, and concerts with songs of diverse eras played in a folk style and paired with a story or joke, died March 10 in her Tiffin home. She was 75.
