Stories Related to Navy Veteran Needs Help Finding Service Dog Missing In Savannah

A U.S. Navy veteran and anti-poaching advocate says he needs help finding his service dog after she ran away from his hotel room in Savannah on Monday night. Shea Peaton, a former Navy search and rescue swimmer who did two tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq, is now an adviser for nonprofit Veterans Empowered to Protect African Wildlife.
