"Maybe his lawyers should put these points in their pre-sentencing memo?" tweeted George, while daughter Claudia added, "I think you forgot to add "felon." Snap.
Nothing like some good friendly family banter, teasing mom for continuing to support a now-convicted felon who only works to undermine American democracy.

Former Trump White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Friday defiantly defended former President Donald Trump after he was found guilty of 34 felony counts earlier this week.
Writing on Twitter, Conway used one of her tried-and-tested spin tactics that she regularly employed while at the White House: Namely, she pivoted to attacking Trump's political opponents.
"This Verdict Won't Change One Fundamental Thing: It won't make Joe Biden any less 81 years old; won't make Kamala Harris smarter; won't excuse the fact that Joe Biden crushed the American Dream for so many; won't excuse the millions, including terrorists and Chinese nationals, Biden has let walk into our country."
Conway's attempt to wave away Trump's felony conviction — the first for any former president of the United States — was met with mockery by many of her followers, including her ex-husband George Conway, who has for years been one of Trump's fiercest critics.

In 2022, Fred Prehn, whom Scott Walker had appointed to the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board, at the urging of the Republicans, refused to leave his position even though his term expired. The conservative-controlled state supreme court ruled that he could remain in that position until either he resigned or a new person was nominated and confirmed.
"Putting pregnant people to death for abortion has officially gone mainstream," said one reproductive justice group on Wednesday as the Texas Republican Party considered a platform for 2024 that includes a new proposal to ensure "equal protection for the preborn" under the state's criminal laws.
As writer and rights advocate Jessica Valenti, author of the Substack newsletter "Abortion, Every Day," explained on social media, the proposal within the state GOP's platform may have gone largely unnoticed as delegates voted on it last Saturday because the language used in the document doesn't explicitly call for abortion patients to face the death penalty.
But that's exactly what "equal protection for the preborn" means, said Valenti.
"'Equal protection' is a call for abortion to be treated as homicide, and for abortion patients to be prosecuted as [murderers]," Valenti wrote, pointing to bills in South Carolina and Georgia that were both called the Prenatal Equal Protection Act and aimed to make abortion punishable as a homicide.read more
We might not see George Conway invited back on CNN again anytime soon after he verbally slapped around one of their paid Trump apologists for continually lying on the air. I've got to say, the look of pain on Kasie Hunt's face was hilarious as well.
During a panel discussion on this Friday's CNN this Morning discussing Trump's 34 felony counts and the reaction from Trump and his enablers in the Republican party, CNN regular and attorney was asked to weigh in, and after rightfully noting that Trump's been a criminal for his entire life, that he's not the victim here and has done all of this to himself, he took a shot at Republicans for being willing to nominate him despite what he's done:
CONWAY: What party -- where is that party?
As previously reported, the group of misfit Trump supporters and election deniers who had unsuccessfully attempted to recall Wisconsin Speaker Robin Vos threatened to make a second attempt even before the first one was officially declared dead. This week, they made good on their threat by filing signature pages for another go at it:
A group of election conspiracy theorists and supporters of Donald Trump seeking to recall Assembly Speaker Robin Vos on Tuesday submitted a new batch of petitions that they say contain enough signatures to trigger a recall election of the state Legislature's top Republican after their first attempt failed.
Now, the group says they have more than 9,000 signatures, exceeding the required number by about 2,100.
Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) told Newsmax says he’s going to push for Donald Trump to “aggressively go after” Joe Biden and his entire family after Trump wins in November.
