Café Commerce is launching a new loan fund for small business owners looking to start a retail shop in downtown San Antonio. Eligible businesses can receive loans between $25,000 and $250,000. The main goal of the program is to occupy and activate vacant storefronts along Houston and Commerce Street, as well as other downtown areas.
