A new urban market concept made out of repurposed shipping containers is coming to downtown Phoenix. Dubbed The Churchill, the project has begun construction on a dirt lot at First and Garfield streets, just north of popular breakfast joint Matt's Big Breakfast. The 14,000-square-foot development will house 10 locally owned businesses and will feature a courtyard for community events.
