Similar Stories to New York Trooper Sees Pot Plants, Makes Arrest on Bing News

According to a statement released by New York State Police, a trooper was driving along East Duncan Hill Road, which is located just over the state lane near Route 22, when he noticed the marijuana plants growing outside on a nearby property. Police seized more than 100 marijuana plants, according to the statement, and charged New York state resident Joel Clements, 32, with unlawful growing of cannabis, a misdemeanor and second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony.
