A venerable Portland television anchor is leaving the Rose City after 21 years. Joe Donlon has landed a high-profile position as an evening anchor at WGN-TV. He'd served as a primary anchor for KGW alongside Tracy Barry since 1997. "The broadcast history in Chicago is unparalleled," Donlon said in a story published by WGN.
