(AP) — There's been no verdict and no mistrial after five days of deliberations in former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura's defamation lawsuit against "American Sniper" author Chris Kyle. Deliberations are to resume at 9 a.m. Tuesday, a day after jurors told federal Judge Richard Kyle they didn't think they could reach a unanimous verdict.
