An Oak Park doctor who had been charged with 19 felonies last year has been convicted by an Ingham County Circuit Court after a week-long trial.Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette announced 61-year-old Dr. Timothy Whiteus was convicted on July 2 and a sentencing has been set for August 5 before Judge Clinton Canady, III.
