Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito, Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency director Kurt Schwartz and other state officials will tour the tiny town of Conway this afternoon to inspect the damage from what has been confirmed as the Bay State's first February tornado on record.The National Weather Service in Taunton confirmed late last night it was an unprecedented EF1 twister packing winds of up to 110 mph that left one person injured and cut a 5-mile path through the western Massachusetts community of less than 1,900 residents Saturday night.
