An 18-year-old man was shot in Bakersfield Sunday evening by a suspect wearing a dark-colored trench coat who opened fire after getting out of a car. Deputies said they responded at 10:08 p.m. to Dublin Manor Court and Guinness Way and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower abdomen.
