Cheers: To Ilani Casino Resort. As problems go, this was a good one to have, with the opening of the casino being greeted by overflow traffic that backed up Interstate 5 for miles. Don’t get us wrong, the traffic problems were annoying to casino visitors and, especially, to those trying to make their way north on the interstate.
