Executives for the human capital management company praised the third consecutive quarter of growth, which coincided with Paycom's five-year anniversary this month as a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. Net income was $47.3 million, or 81 cents per share, up from $41.2 million, or 70 cents a share, in the first quarter of 2018.
