By Domingo Ramirez Jr. A pedestrian was killed Sunday night when he was hit by a car as he attempted to cross Industrial Boulevard in Euless, Euless police said Monday.The victim was identified as David Heath, 30, of Euless, who died at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth shortly after the accident.Heath was hit by a car driven by an 18-year-old Euless man, according to Euless police reports.
