Similar Stories to Phoenix Apartment Rents Continue To Rise on Bing News

The Phoenix metro area has seen thousands of new apartments being developed during the past few years, and with them has come rising rents. RentCafe.com found that Phoenix rents rose 7.1 percent last year, compared with a 4 percent increase throughout the U.S. Rents were climbing in other Valley cities, with Surprise posting the biggest jump of 12.6 percent.
