LISBON, N.D. (AP) — A 64-year-old Lisbon man is dead after crashing his small airplane near the southeastern North Dakota city. The Highway Patrol says the man was the only one onboard the plane when it went down in a wheat field 4 miles northwest of Lisbon about 7:40 p.m. Thursday. Authorities did not immediately release the pilot's name or the type of plane he was flying. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
