Stories Related to Police Investigate Two Thursday Morning Shootings In Savannah

Police say three people were shot in two incidents Thursday morning in Savannah. The first shooting, just after 1 a.m. in the 700 block of East 39th Street, sent a man to Memorial University Medical Center in serious condition, said Savannah-Chatham police spokeswoman Eunicia Baker. Police were still investigating the shooting early Thursday afternoon and had not released any information about suspects or what may have led to the incident. Officers were called to the 100 block of South Robin Hood Drive about 11 a.m.
