Amarillo police have identified a man suspected of shooting another man in the head Friday afternoon on Sycamore Avenue as Pshard Andre Smith, 20. At 1:44 p.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Sycamore, where they found the victim, a 22-year-old man who has not been identified. read more
