SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah (AP) — Police in Utah say a homeless man was hospitalized in critical condition after he walked into a convenience store with a stab wound in his back. South Salt Lake police Detective Gary Keller tells the Deseret News (http://bit.ly/2f8Jv4H ) it appeared the 40-year-old man was injured Friday night at an encampment off East 3900 South. An assailant wasn't found or identified.
