Police are searching for a stabbing suspect after a transient man was stabbed by another man Friday evening outside the Plaid Pantry in downtown Vancouver. First responders were dispatched about 5:50 p.m. to the store at 514 Washington St. The victim suffered a small wound to the back of his neck and was transported to a hospital for treatment, Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.
