WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police are searching for three suspects that were allegedly involved in a retail theft at the Wine and Spirits. At 9:07 p.m. on Tuesday, the store manager reported to police that a man allegedly stole a bottle of vodka and fled the area in a dark SUV with two other men.
