STAMFORD — Police say two men out on bail after being caught a few months ago with nine pounds of marijuana were found this week with 13 more pounds of pot. Police said the estimated street value of the “extremely high-grade” pot was more than $50,000. Capt. Richard Conklin said Narcotics and Organized Crime officers spotted a black BMW X5 occupied by three men on Montauk Drive near Putnam Lane Wednesday night.
