About three months after voters rejected a sinking fund millage to repair buildings within the Pontiac School District, residents will go to the polls Tuesday for a second opportunity to vote on the measure.The 2.87-mill measure failed on May 5, with 4,938 voting against it and 3,401 voting in favor.
