Portage County Sheriff David W. Doak is asking the public for help to find a man who went missing Friday afternoon on Infirmary Road in Mantua Township.Joseph Mullins, 57, is 5-foot-6 and weighs 140 pounds. Mullins, also known as “Little Joe,” has blond hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a light brown waist-length jacket, light gray sweatshirt, flannel-lined blue jeans and black sneakers.Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Portage County Sheriffs Office at 330-296-5100, ext.
