Christopher Alan Pfahl was sentenced to 36 months of probation by U.S. District Court Judge Virginia Hopkins during a hearing Tuesday in Birmingham. The judge also ordered that Pfahl is responsible, along with three other former Adams officials, for paying restitution to the government of $481,000 that went to Adams Produce as a result of the scheme.
