John T. Casey, a well-respected retired state judge and former district attorney in Rensselaer County, New York, died on Christmas. He was 93. Casey died at The Teresian House in Albany, said his son, Jack, who was by his side. Casey was born in Troy, served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, attended Albany Law School, and later served as district attorney, county court judge and a state appellate judge.
