KINGSPORT - Roy Edward Matlock, 78, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 22, 2019. Roy was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Leonard and Alta Mae (Sullivan) Matlock. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves, graduated from Oklahoma State University, and later found his home in Kingsport, Tennessee.
