PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Ex-Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling has failed to show up for an administrative hearing into alleged lobbying violations related to 38 Studios, resulting in the hearing officer declaring him to be in "default." The Providence Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1wNSJ5f ) Schilling's attorney also did not appear at Friday's Statehouse hearing into whether Schilling engaged in unregistered lobbying in 2010 before his video game company got a $75 million state-guaranteed loan.
