A registered sex offender is accused of raping two girls, including an infant family member, and infecting them with HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. Lab tests later confirmed the sexually transmitted diseases. Because of the infections, doctors had to perform genital reconstruction surgery on the child, authorities said. In 2004, Wilson was sentenced to four years in prison after he was convicted of sexually assaulting another 14-year-old Houston girl, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety's sex offender registry.
