KINGSPORT — The Kingsport Splash Pad — located adjacent to the V.O. Dobbins Community Center — will open for the summer season today and remain open until the end of September. According to Kingsport officials, the Splash Pad will be active from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day during the summer.
