The Federal Aviation Administration approved the commercial launch license for the fourth test flight of SpaceX's Starship rocket Tuesday, with liftoff from South Texas targeted for just after sunrise Thursday.
"The FAA has approved a license authorization for SpaceX Starship Flight 4," the agency said in a statement.
Julie Thurlow, president and CEO of Reading Cooperative Bank, and Sears Merritt, head of enterprise technology and experience at MassMutual, were named co-chairs of the Mass Fintech Hub.

In a bid to reverse steep declines in revenue and readers, the Washington Post is shaking up its newsroom leadership and launching a new division aimed at capturing new audiences.
The Post announced late Sunday that Executive Editor Sally Buzbee has stepped down and that Matt Murray, the former editor in chief at the Wall Street Journal, has replaced her and will serve in the role until the 2024 presidential election.
