Stories Related to Sunday Drug Deal Gone Bad At Unf Ends In Arrest

An alleged robbery, kidnapping and threats of murder at a local university Sunday ended with an arrest. Police arrested and charged Roberto Raphael, 23. They say the 19-year-old victim met the suspect, to buy drugs at an apartment complex on the University of North Florida campus. They say the suspect then pulled out a gun, and robbed the victim of about $450. He then took the victim to an apartment complex, where he allegedly threatened to kill the victim. read more
