Cops busted two Long Island men for the 2015 slaying of rapper Chinx in Queens, officials announced Thursday. Jamar Hill, 26, of Valley Stream, and Quincy Homere, 32, of Baldwin both faces charges of murder, attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown said in a statement.
