A suspect is sought for allegedly stealing items from Ulta Beauty on Robert C. Daniel Parkway. Around 5:21 p.m. Wednesday, a female was seen taking an item from the shelf, concealing it in her purse and leaving the business without paying for the item, according to Richmond County Sgt. Monica Belser. The suspect was accompanied by a second female that “watched out” during the theft.
