SXSW Inc., the Austin-based company behind the South by Southwest festival, is looking for more space downtown. The news about the company's search surfaced this week when developer Perry Lorenz said his team Saltillo Collaborative was in negotiations with SXSW Inc. for office space that is part of its proposal as part of its bid to redevelop Plaza Saltillo.
