Two Koreas to address U.N. over ship sinking

North and South Korea will address the U.N. Security Council separately on Monday over the deadly sinking of a South Korean naval ship in March that has raised tension on the Korean peninsula, an official said on Monday.

 

Security Council Set to Tighten Sanctions on North Korea

The permanent members of the Security Council have approved a draft resolution that expands export limits and financial restrictions, diplomats said.
