Australian police have arrested a man they say is affiliated with international hacking collective Lulz Security on a charge of attacking and defacing a government website, officials said Wednesday.

The hacker group known as LulzSec appears to be back after many months of laying low, claiming to have exposed the accounts of nearly 171,000 members of the military.

Scotland Yard announced Wednesday that it had arrested a 19-year-old it claims is a core member of the hacker group LulzSec who goes by the name “Topiary.” The young hacktivist was captured in a home in the Shetland Islands off the northeast coast of Great Britain, and taken to London for questioning.
