You may have just unwrapped your new iPad 2, but rumors are already swirling about the iPad 3... That a new model will be rolled out February 24, which would have been Steve Jobs' birthday, or in March, the same month the iPad 2 was introduced.

Japanese fan site Macotakara reports Sony and Hitachi are making four-inch screens for the new phone - and have already shipped early prototypes to Apple's Cupertino HQ - hinting at a release as early as March.

Here's the latest: The company reportedly is working on a new iPad, due out later this year, that will have a higher-resolution screen. Dubbed the "iPad HD" by a blog called This Is My Next, which is run by former editors from the respected tech site Engadget, the new iPad is said to be a "pro" device that could be used for high-end video editing and photography.

Rumors about the new iPhone 5 have been flying around ever since iPhone 4 came in the market. The iPhone didn’t make quite the impact as the iPhone 3GS did but stats say that it played well nonetheless.
