PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Two lanes of Route 6 west were shut down for nearly three hours on Friday, after a box truck overturned and spilled a large amount of ice on the highway.According to state police spokeswoman Laura Meade Kirk, Manuel Cante Boche, of Central Falls, was driving a box truck belonging to East Bay Ice Co.
