RATLIFF Daily Journal TUPELO – A Lee County man is facing felony charges after having sexual relations with a minor. Daniel Ratliff, 19, of Tupelo, was arrested Monday by the Tupelo Police Department and charged with statutory rape. Investigators said Ratliff had sex with a child under the age of 16 last November. The victim and her family recently came forward and pressed charges. Ratliff is expected to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon to have his bond set.
