The attorney who recently won Harvey Weinstein's New York appeal, Arthur Aidala, says in the wake of that decision, Judge Juan Merchan should reconsider if Trump's other cases can be admitted if he testifies.
Many Kennedy family members have shunned RFK Jr.'s candidacy and rallied behind Biden, fearing RFK could help Trump win. But, says CNN's Michael Smerconish, several recent polls - and new Trump attacks on RFK's candidacy - suggest RFK might be winning over more Trump voters.
Fox's Emily Campagno basically suggests that Biden would have Trump knee-capped to avoid actually having to debate him, after he told Howard Stern he would be willing to debate Trump.
In what was basically a huge giant F-U to the New York Times, Biden sat down with Howard Stern for an interview, and here's what he told Stern:
President Joe Biden said Friday he is "happy" to debate former President Donald Trump, though did not specify as to when.
The comment was made during a one-on-one interview with radio host Howard Stern, who asked if the president had plans to debate his 2024 opponent.
"I am somewhere," Biden responded, the first time he's indicated he will debate Trump this election cycle.
Reaction has been swift and ugly to South Dakota's Governor Kristi Noem boasting in her new book that she shot her 14 month old wirehair pointer. As we discussed here, this appeared to be some sick attempt to appeal to Trump in her quest to potentially be his running mate, but it looks like it's blown up in her face from the bipartisan disgust expressed on Xitter.
Trump's niece agreed that hoping to be his VP is why she did it:
Kristi Noem is telling everybody that she murdered a puppy because she wants to be Donald's VP and she thinks the story will appeal to him.
James Comer's so pathetic, so easily owned by Jared Moskowitz & Jamie Raskin, it really makes you wonder if he has an actual fetish for rhetorically getting his ass kicked.
It just leaked that his so-called "impeachment" inquiry--began based on Russian disinformation (which he almost certainly knew)--is ending, yet he keeps threatening to impeach Biden, which is taken as seriously as one kid telling another, "My dad's gonna beat up your dad!"
In this clip, put together by Cliff Schecter, you can actually hear laughter as Comer threatens impeachment yet again.
