RADNOR>> Villanova Department of Public Safety has found a cool way to connect with the over 10,000 students, faculty and staff on campus with something everyone loves - ice cream. The Mobile Treat Unit is a rehabilitated ice cream truck which department members are taking to events to give out free ice cream and thereby establishing an interaction with students.
