WEST WARWICK — A 37-year-old town resident was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of an accident. Sgt. Roland Coutu said the police received a 911 call at 8:26 p.m. from an individual who reported following a man who had left the scene of an accident in the area of East Main Street and Maple Avenue.
